Apple-Cinnamon Clay What you'll need: 1/2 part applesauce 1/2 part cinnamon Mixing pan 2 sheets of waxed paper Running green Cookie-cutter shapes of sizes Mix equal areas of cinnamon and applesauce together. For a small order, use 1/2 glass of each. If the mixture becomes too sticky, add more cinnamon; if it is too stiff, add more applesauce. Scoop onto a piece of waxed paper. Position the additional sheet on top. Use the rolling pin to roll-out the mixture until it's about 1/2-inch thick. Decide what styles you'd like to produce. Media the cookie cutters together with the clay and cut away the additional dough. When full, place shapes on a cooling rack. Take a moment to wash the children' hands with Kleenex Moist Cloths.
